We're pleased to announce the v3.0 release of our...

We're pleased to announce the v3.0 release of our connector, asset and VR integration for ServiceNow. This release include support for ServiceNow Paris and we've moved from our custom CI matching/create engine to ServiceNows IRE engine.  

Before upgrading please ensure you review the upgrade docs here as there are some limitations with IRE: Upgrade Docs

The ITSM app will be released as soon as the certification is completed.

    Hi Nick,

    Thank you for the update announcement. We're having trouble understanding the difference between the applications that are created by Tenable vs the ones that are created by ServiceNow, and which is the best option for integrating Tenable.sc with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. We're in the middle of deploying SNOW VR and want to make sure we make the right choice for interfacing with our Tenable.sc system.

    Any additional information your team can provide would be great.
