Tenable Connect FAQ

Q: I previously had a Tenable Community account; will that information and credentials be transferred to Tenable Connect?

A:  Yes, please use the same credentials that you used for Tenable Community. Here is a guided demo on logging in.

Q: Where can I find my activation codes and/or other product and service entitlements?

A: Once you’re logged into Tenable Connect, you can navigate to ‘Account Management’ on the navigation bar. Within ‘Account Management’, you can manage licenses, download keys, and provision products. You can also navigate directly to account.tenable.com.

Q: Do I still need to use the Provisioning Portal?

A: No, you can navigate to the ‘Account Management’ page via Tenable Connect or navigate directly to account.tenable.com to provision your products. For more information on provisioning your products, check out this Provisioning Tenable Products demo.

Q: Is dark mode available in the new UI?

A: Yes, dark mode is available for the Account Management page.
