Attachments for Tenable.sc Diagnostic Scans

With this change, artifacts will appear as attachments in exported Tenable.sc diagnostic scans.

Currently, plugin report artifacts that normally appear as attachments in Nessus Manager, are presented in Tenable.sc diagnostic scans as reporting text aka plugin output. For plugins that attach many files such as debug_log_report.nasl, this results in report text that can span hundreds of pages thereby necessitating the change.. 

Impact

Since it is unlikely that customer post processing of results relies on Tenable.sc diagnostic scan results, the impact of this change should be minimal. Tenable CS engineers and Security Engineers will find diagnostic logs and other verbose plugin output in attachments for exported diagnostic scan results.

Plugins

The primary plugin updated is plugin ID 84239 - "Debugging Log Report"

As a result of this change, almost all plugins that currently show artifacts in exported Tenable.sc diagnostic scans as report text output will now have actual attachments instead.
