Compliance Database Plugin - No Data Reporting

Change

The output of the Database Compliance Check (Plugin ID 33814) does not currently return explicit results when it fails to receive a query response from the target. This change adds the value of "No data returned" when no rows are returned from a query, and passes the DBMS error message to the result when an error occurs.

Impact

Customers having trouble identifying why Database Compliance Checks may have failed or generated an error should receive better information in the plugin results. Customers that have built automation around the Database Compliance Check output would need to support this new result string.
