Is this across the board? I am aware of the 3 options within the credentials. Delinea also has Secret Server, is this option end of support as well?

This is not across the board. Tenable has discontinued support for the Delinea Centrify and Delinea Thycotic PAM integrations only, as these two products are End-of-Support.
Tenable does still maintains and support an integration for Delinea Secret Server.
