Extra detail and output inclusion for "Microsoft Windows NetBIOS over TCP/IP Info" scan

Summary

"Microsoft Windows NetBIOS over TCP/IP Info" is a Tenable scan that runs against Windows machines where the scanner has local command access. This scan runs differently than similar remote access scans, and did not bring back MAC Address information. Additionally, its output was only available in attached comma separated value files, instead of listed directly in plugin output. By customer request, we have added MAC address details to IPs in that output, and added some of the details from the CSV file directly to the output.

Changes

The CSV files now contain a field for MAC addresses, populated automatically when the MAC information is available from other scans. The first 10 data lines of each attached CSV will appear in the output.
