Historically, only a limited number of audit files were available to be run by agents, this left organizations that relied on agents at a disadvantage when measuring compliance against a large number of benchmarks.

A significant number of new audits have been released that are compatible with the Tenable Nessus Agents. Customers can now measure compliance against many more platforms and software via agents and no longer have to rely on either not scanning or scanning remotely.
