New Plugin Families: AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux

Summary

Tenable has instituted coverage of AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux with the addition of 2 new plugin families. On February 9, 2022, plugins were released to cover all existing advisories for these distributions; 261 plugins were added to the feed for AlmaLinux, while 113 plugins were added for Rocky Linux.

Impact

From February 9, Customers will have the ability to scan AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux systems using policies that include Linux security checks.
