Government Advisories Warn of APT Activity Resulting from Russian Invasion of Ukraine

Tenable’s Security Response Team has published a blog post reviewing recent government alerts regarding Russian nation-state threat activity. In recent months, the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency has issued joint advisories with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and National Security Agency regarding specific vulnerabilities targeted by advanced persistent threat groups and the steps organizations can take to mitigate their risks of exploitation. Both the U.K. National Cyber Security Centre and Australia Cyber Security Centre have released advisories on this subject as well.

We have released scan templates for Nessus, Tenable.io and Tenable.sc to help customers identify the vulnerabilities listed in these advisories. Dashboards for Tenable.io and Tenable.sc are currently in development.
