Microsoft's November Patch Tuesday Release Contains Fixes for 112 CVEs, 17 Rated Critical

On November 10, Microsoft published its monthly security updates, also known as Patch Tuesday. This month’s Patch Tuesday release addresses 112 CVEs, 17 of which were rated critical, including a fix for CVE-2020-17087, an elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Windows kernel that was exploited in the wild as a zero-day along with a Google Chrome zero-day vulnerability.

This month's Patch Tuesday release includes fixes for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Services and Web Apps, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge (EdgeHTML-based), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), ChakraCore, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Windows Codecs Library, Azure Sphere, Windows Defender, Microsoft Teams, Azure SDK, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
