Multiple Vulnerabilities in CUPS (CVE-2024-47076, CVE-2024-47175, CVE-2024-47176, CVE-2024-47177)
On September 26, Simone Margaritelli published a blog post detailing his discovery of multiple flaws in the Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS). Margaritelli had teased this discovery on September 23, indicating that initial disclosure would be published on September 30, followed by full disclosure on October 6. However, due to a leak which revealed his findings, Margaritelli announced he would be publishing his findings as part of a coordinated disclosure ahead of schedule.
